Service Details

  • Prices are for food only
  • Food and Beverage staff are available if required. We suggest one staff member for every 30 guests (depending on your menu)
    • Wait staff (minimum of 3 hours) - $33.00 per hour
    • Chef (minimum of 3 hours) - $38.00 per hour
  • Hire Equipment - we are happy to organise any hire equipment that you may require, such as cutlery, crockery, tablecloths & glassware. Any broken or missing equipment will be charged at replacement cost.

Minimum Food Costs for Catering

Food costs only

  • Boardroom lunches - $650.00
  • Cocktail parties - $650.00

Cancellations

  • A minimum of 24 hour notice other wise the total bill will be payable.

Confirmation of Numbers

  • Guest numbers must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the time of function.
    As soon a possible is appreciated.

Payment

  • Private functions require a 50% deposit to confirm booking with the balance payable on day of function.
  • Business clients - 7 day invoice
  • Payment is by cash, cheque or EFT

All prices are inclusive of GST.
